This training, open to attorneys barred in any state, covers initial determinations of upgrade eligibility, essentials of discharge review, basics of separation proceedings, and the importance of discharge upgrades in obtaining benefits. Participating attorneys must agree to accept one pro bono military discharge upgrade case from Homeless Persons Representation Project (HPRP) within 1 year of registering.
