A few reminders before, during and after items are shipped to the Tournament:

Package(s) will be delivered to the appropriate hospitality location the morning of your event
Shipments will be stored under the buffet table upon your arrival
It is the responsibility of the main point of contact or suite host to unbox and display items
Please remember to send or bring a return label for any leftover items that need to to be shipped back post-tournament
If you need boxes picked up and shipped back after the event, please inform Danny or Michelle ASAP - it is our assumption that all giveaways will be taken and nothing will need to be collected at the end of the day
