Please complete the form to register your students for a Student Leadership Day. This form can register from 1-100 students. Payment can be made via credit card during the final step.

Martinez, CA 94553The fee for Student Leadership Day is $25 per student for Early Bird Registration November 1 - December 31, 2018. The fee is $30 per student for Regular Registration after January 1, 2019.
- The day begins at 9:00am and dismissal is at 2:00pm
- Each student will receive a pen, folder, and nametag
- TACSC will provide a snack (water and fruit/granola bar) during break
- TACSC will provide lunch to each student (2 pieces of cheese pizza, water, fruit, cookie)
- Students are asked to wear their school uniform
- All transportation to and from Student Leadership Day is the responsibility of the school
