Invited Non-Members
Your organization is a sponsor or friend of NAMT, and has been invited to attend the Spring Conference. You may use this form to register as many people from your organization as you like.

The Spring Conference is open to NAMT members in good standing, donors, sponsors, and invited guests. It looks like you don't meet these criteria. If you are interested in attending the Conference, please email adam@namt.org to learn more.

Your confirmation/receipt will be sent to this address.
A copy of your entire registration will be sent to this address, even if you're registering multiple people on this form. Individual attendees, if different, will also receive brief emails acknowledging their registration, and additional event details when we get closer to the dates. We'll ask for those addresses on the next page.
On the next page, we'll collect information about the individuals who will be attending the NAMT Spring Conference. Everyone who attends our events receives a name badge, so you must provide information for each individual attending. You may register as many people from your organization as you like right now using this form.

The Kick-Off Cocktail Party is the official start of the Conference and is included with your registration. Due to the nature of this year's event, it's important that we know who is planning to attend so the boat doesn't leave without you! It's okay if your plans change; if you think you're likely to attend, say yes!

If you would like to bring guests to the Kick-Off Cocktail Party who are not attending the rest of the Conference, you'll be able to add them on the next page.

Each attendee has the the option to receive NAMT's conference materials (agenda, maps, speaker bios, etc.) as a PDF. Documents will be emailed to all attendees prior to the conference for use on the device of their choice. All attendees will still receive a packet with additional goodies and materials from our sponsors. Key information such as the agenda and maps also appear on our website.


Conference Add-Ons
There are add-on events scheduled before, during, and after the Conference! Please make these selections carefully for each attendee. If you would like to bring guests to the add-on events who are not attending the rest of the Conference, you'll be able to add them on the next page.
