Outdoors for All seeks to remove economic barriers that may prevent participants from exercising their abilities outdoors. Financial aid awards are available for all activities and are made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the application guidelines listed below.
NOTE: Outdoors for All will be accepting DSHS-DDA respite funding for Summer 2022 Youth Day Camps and Adult Adventure Days ONLY. We encourage participants with developmental disabilities who normally qualify to use respite funds to apply for financial aid for all other summer programming (i.e., Learn to Ride a Bike series, Kayaking series, Rock Climbing series, etc.).
first-served: You must request financial aid at
least two weeks prior to the first day of the program. Requests are open on March 14, 2022.
2. Cancellation: If you cancel your
registration in an activity for which you received financial aid, the financial
aid will be returned to Outdoors for All. Participants cannot keep unused
financial aid on their account
3. Thank You note: If you receive financial aid, we request that you send a
“Thank You” note to Outdoors for All. “Thank You” notes that include photos are
highly encouraged. These notes help us show the impact of the program to our
