2019-20 Fellowship

The iEngage Fellowship for Student Leaders, a yearlong program for a select cohort of student leaders from across North America, will launch this summer from June 25 - July 2, 2019, on our Jerusalem campus.

Please make sure to fill out all fields as indicated and attach your resume and short answer responses as PDFs.

One letter of recommendation from a senior Hillel professional on your campus should be emailed directly to Dina Wyler ( Please note - we do not provide a form for letters of recommendation.

There is a submission deadline of February 25, 2019. Interviews will take place via video conference March 4 - 15.

Applicants will be notified of admissions decisions by April 1, 2019.

Short Answer Questions and Resume

Please submit your answers to each of the following questions in a single PDF document.
  1. Please describe your current relationship with Israel: what is affirming, what do you struggle with, and how have you seen this relationship growing or changing over time? (250 words maximum)
  2. Why are you interested in participating in this Fellowship program? What do you hope will be different on your college campus next years as a result of your participation? What do you think you will contribute to the group?  (250 words maximum)
  3. What is your proudest achievement since you have been on campus? What was the goal? How did you work towards it? What was the result? (500 words maximum)
  4. Tell us about a time that you worked on a challenging group project while on campus - either inside or outside of the classroom. What was so challenging? What was your role? What was the ultimate result? (500 works maximum)
