This application is for new students applying to attend FSCS, not for re-enrollment of current students.

Please complete all pages of this application. Questions with a red asterisk are required to be answered. At any point, you may save your application by clicking "Save my progress and resume later." You will then be required to enter an email address and password you can use later to access your saved application.

Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted within two school days to book a tour and an interview with Administration.

Commitment Statement

Pursuant to section 58.1(1) of the Alberta Education Act, this statement is to inform you that students attending this alternative school within the Elk Island Public School district will receive religious (Christian, Bible-based) courses, instruction, exercises, and instructional materials. Religion (Bible-based and Christian worldview teaching) permeates the school program. We acknowledge that we are aware of these facts regarding the FSCS program.
