The growth of the solar and storage industries depends on strong federal policies. SolarPAC, the solar and storage industry’s political action committee, amplifies the voice of the industry in Washington, DC, and creates opportunities for relationship-building with key decision-makers in Congress. SolarPAC supports bipartisan incumbent political champions of the solar and storage industry. 

Under federal law, participation in SolarPAC is limited to those who are US Citizens or Green Card holders, and funds donated must be personal in nature, and not from corporate or business accounts. The maximum donation per individual each year is $5000, but we welcome contributions of any size and are grateful for your support.

Contributions or gifts to SolarPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Corporate checks and credit cards are prohibited by federal law. Contribution amounts included herein are merely suggestions. An individual is free to contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest, but may not contribute more than $5,000 per year. Federal law requires that our committee report the full name, address, occupation and company name of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
