This application should be completed by anyone interested in attending the J-PAL Africa Executive Education course on Evaluating Social Programmes taking place at the University of Cape Town in Cape Town, South Africa from 29 July -  2 August, 2019.

Payment for those accepted to the course is due NO LATER THAN THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE COURSE. J-PAL reserves the right to release any candidate for whom payment has not been received by such time. Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing up to 28 days prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund. Due to programme demands and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations or deferrals received within 28 days prior to the start of the course are subject to a fee of one-third the course fee; within seven days are subject to two-thirds of the course fee. Cancellations or deferrals after the start of the programme are subject to full payment. All subsequent cancellations or deferrals are subject to a cancellation fee.

J-PAL will confirm receipt of your application materials via e-mail. J-PAL will notify applicants who have been accepted to the programme. Accepted applicants who have made payment by the due date will receive programme materials, including an agenda with session times and meeting rooms/sites, as well as a list of other participants, no later than two weeks prior to the programme start date. Any course pre-readings, surveys, etc. will be provided to you.
