Please be aware that your KILT may have to wait an hour or two while they await the arrival of our staff, or the departure of their flight/train. Parents and KILTs need to understand that you/your teen would be unattended at the airport or Amtrak station during that time. We try to coordinate pick up/drop offs as efficiently as possible, but sometimes departure times/arrival times vary widely, especially if flights/trains are delayed. It is very important to provide us with your KILTs cell phone number, so we can contact them if we need to. Arriving KILTs should wait in the Baggage Claim Area of the Airport, or on the Train Platform at the Amtrak Station.
Should your KILT be delayed or concerned while they await our staff, please call our front desk (1-800-227-9900) and ask to speak to the KILT Director or the MOD (Manager-on-Duty).
Keep in mind to schedule arrivals to Fresno on Sunday (best between 11-2pm) - the first day of your teen's KILT Session; and departures from Fresno on Saturday (best after 1 pm) - the last day of your teen's KILT Session.
If your KILT cannot arrive on the first day of their KILT Session or departs prior to the last day of their Session, a transportation charge of $100 one-way (versus the normal $50 per KILT one-way transportation charge) will be billed to transport a KILT between Montecito and Fresno, and you must obtain permission to arrive late and/or leave the program early if utilizing our transportation.
