This form is for the update of NSW working with children check (WWCC) information held by the organisation as required by State legislation. 

Where a volunteer holds a check from another Australian State or Territory and volunteering activities in NSW will not exceed 30 days then checks from other States & Territories, by whatever name, can be submitted in lieu of a NSW WWCC.
