For every young woman with an unplanned pregnancy to have a church to go to for spiritual, emotional, and physical support.

I,
(Group Leader Name), have read and understand the Mission, Vision, and Values provided by Embrace Grace, Inc. along with the Embrace Grace, Inc. Group Leader Mission Statement and I agree to lead by these values. 

Core Policies:
As a Group Leader of an Embrace Grace, Inc. program, I agree to the following Core Policies: 

  1. I will maintain a No Stones (non-judgmental) attitude in respect to the group participants stories or circumstances.

  2. I will commit to respecting the group participants and will in no way gossip about them.

  3. I will not recommend abortion to any group participants or others.

  4. I will follow the Embrace Grace, Inc. programs process as described in the Embrace Grace, Inc. programs Starter Guide(s), Leader’s Guide(s) and the Online Leadership Training.

  5. I will adhere to the principles outlined in Mark 6:7, that each Embrace Grace group will at all times have at least two leaders and will strive to lead in unity with one another and raise up additional future leaders.

  6. I will work with my church and others in my area to unite the Pro-Life, Pro-Love movement in my community.

  7. I will make every effort to connect with local pregnancy center(s) and other organizations like high-school counselors/nurses, maternity homes, etc. in order to promote the group in any community.

  8. I will not solicit business of any kind from or with the group participants enrolled in the Embrace Grace, Inc. program or recruit any for any multi-level or network marketing organizations.

  9. I will not change or modify the way the Embrace Grace, Inc. programs are presented or facilitated without the prior written consent of Embrace Grace, Inc. I will not edit, transfer format, add to, or alter any program, program materials or media affiliated with Embrace Grace, Inc. 

  10. I agree to carry out the program in its entirety, including the strategic ministry events:
            Embrace Grace: Baby Shower

  11. I will not enter into any arrangements to represent or pledge on behalf of Embrace Grace, Inc. that could infer or result in liability to or cause financial responsibility on Embrace Grace, Inc., its suppliers, employees, volunteers, or assignees.

  12. I will at all times strive to maintain an open line of communication between my group and Embrace Grace, Inc. and the appropriate Embrace Grace, Inc. Groups Team Member through phone calls, emails, or text messages. 

  13. I will complete and return online end-of-semester reporting within one week after the completion of each Embrace Grace program semester. 
I agree to and will abide by the Core Policies of Embrace Grace, Inc. Group Leaders set forth above and will ensure that all other group leaders and volunteers of the Church will comply with Core Policies.

Embrace Grace Group
Church Involvement

Embrace Grace, Inc. LOVES partnering with churches across the globe in unity with the kingdom-assignment of loving the lost, the least, and the lonely. The Embrace Grace, Inc. programs are only as successful as the supporting church allows them to be. Please understand that these programs are not just “support groups” for single and pregnant young women or single mothers, but the programs are outreach opportunities to reach your community. As your church chooses to be the hands and feet of Jesus to single and pregnant, young women and their families, you will connect them to hope and eternal life, and a church body where they can belong. Embrace Grace, Inc. programs held within your church will affect generations of people by offering healing, freedom, and spiritual growth to all involved.
  •  Please consider supporting your Group Leaders by providing weekly classroom space, opportunities to utilize corporate nursery care, an event space for end-of-semester events, the ability to share the mission/vision of the group with the church body – advertising the ways church members can volunteer or support through gift-giving opportunities. By allowing the group to advertise within the church body, you will engage your congregation and get front row seats to miracles! 
  •  Embrace Grace, Inc. also desires to see Group Leaders encouraged and equipped by their church’s oversight and pastoral leadership so they thrive in the calling God has placed on their lives to disciple young women. Please pray over them and check-in!
 Program Financial Commitment

Embrace Grace Program – The Church agrees to purchase and utilize the required program materials and ministry tools listed below as well as host two ministry events each program semester. 

Required Program Materials:

Video Curriculum ($40.00 – one-time purchase) 

Leader’s Guides are available for purchase ($12.00) 

Items per Group Participant: 1 Embrace Grace Study Guide ($12.00), 1 I am Free Bracelet ($10.00) and an optional 1 Daughter of the King Tiara ($6.00)

Baby Shower – A church wide event for group participants choosing to parent, that allows church members to be the hands and feet of Jesus while providing the practical needs when having a baby. 

Princess Day – An OPTIONAL special class or event to show the group participants how beautiful they are inside and out, by sealing identity and value into each of the mom’s hearts, so they know they are God’s princesses. The day includes: pampering, special ministry time where each participant is crowned, ending the night with a celebratory dinner. 

**Celebration of Life Shower (if applicable) – An intimate event allowing leaders, family and church members to honor each birth mom choosing adoption for her selfless act of courage and bravery, choosing life for her baby. The group participant will be showered with gifts that will help her in this new season and fresh start in life.

Embrace Grace, Inc.

License, Ownership & Return of Embrace Grace, Inc. Materials

In consideration of the terms of this Agreement, the Church is hereby granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferrable, limited license to implement the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs. No ownership, or other rights or interests beyond the limited license granted herein, in the Embrace Grace, Inc. Program are assigned, transferred, or conveyed to the Church under this Agreement. Embrace Grace, Inc. retains exclusive ownership in and control of the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs (including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights therein) and reserves the right to license the implementation of the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs to other churches and other third-party organizations in its sole discretion. The Church agrees that the Embrace Grace, Inc. names, logos, Video Curriculum, Study Guides, Ministry Tools, Leader’s Guides, Printed Materials and access to the Online Leader Training  (the “Licensed Materials”) are owned solely and exclusively by Embrace Grace, Inc. The Licensed Materials can be purchased and used only while this Agreement is in effect. Any use of the Licensed Materials by the Church will be confined to the publicity solely for and any activities sponsored by the Embrace Grace, Inc. group affiliated with the Church, except as specifically authorized in writing by Embrace Grace, Inc. In the case of a termination of this Agreement, the Church or Group Leader will immediately return all Licensed Materials to Embrace Grace, Inc.

 Authorized Logo Use

The Embrace Grace, Inc. Program Logos can be downloaded from the Online Leader Training  Site. Any group may use the name and logo, with the addition of the Church name while this Agreement is in effect. No one may alter, add to, or edit the downloaded logos, pictures or materials of Embrace Grace, Inc., except as specifically authorized in the Online Leader Training  or in writing from Embrace Grace, Inc. Additional authorization is not needed for use of a logo when producing publicity materials like posters, flyers, banners, websites, business cards, etc. advertising in connection with this Agreement. Additional authorizations from Embrace Grace, Inc. are required for logo use on proprietary materials that could be distributed or sold, including, but not limited to the following items: tote bags, clothing, pins, promotional items, stationary, etc., including, but not limited to the names of initiatives, Love Box Initiative, Share the Love Outreach Parties or any other future initiative. To request permission to use Embrace Grace, Inc.’s logo, please contact your Groups Team Member. The Embrace Grace, Inc. logo should only be used as is and not altered in any artistic manner. Avoid distortions, embellishments, or other modifications to the logo or wordmarks. These change the character of the design and diminish the consistent image that Embrace Grace, Inc. works to uniquely stand apart.
Relationship Between Embrace Grace, Inc. & Church

The Church and Embrace Grace, Inc. acknowledge and agree that: 

A. The Church is an independent receiver of materials and services provided by Embrace Grace, Inc. 

B. Embrace Grace, Inc. is an independent provider of materials and services to the Church.

C. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a joint venture between the Church and Embrace Grace, Inc.

D. The Church is not a division, section, or department of Embrace Grace, Inc.

E. The Church’s personnel involved in implementing or supervising the Embrace Grace, Inc. programs are volunteers, employees or staff of the Church, not employees, contractors or agents of Embrace Grace, Inc. 

F. Embrace Grace, Inc. has exclusive ownership and control of the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs (including all intellectual property rights) and reserves the right to license the implementation of Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs to other churches and other third-party organizations in its sole discretion and without consulting with Church. 

G. The Church will indemnify, defend, and hold Embrace Grace, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives harmless of, from and against any and all losses, injuries, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, or suits that arise out of or relate to this Agreement, the Church’s use or implementation of the Licensed Materials, or any Embrace Grace, Inc. group hosted, supervised or otherwise affiliated with Church. This paragraph shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. 

H. Embrace Grace, Inc. will not be responsible for, and has no liability for, any damages, losses, injuries, costs or expenses incurred by the Church arising from the implementation of the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs by the Church and, by executing this Agreement, the Church and the Group Leader release Embrace Grace, Inc. from any and all liability relating to or arising out of the implementation of the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs.  This paragraph shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

The Church will be solely responsible for any and all aspects of the Church’s local Embrace Grace, Inc. program. The Church will be responsible for all recruiting, screening, training and supervising of volunteers or paid staff involved in the Church’s Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs. This includes liability for all personal matters concerning any volunteers, Group Leader/Co-Leaders, staff and including, without limitations, childcare providers involved in the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs of the Church. The Church acknowledges that it is solely responsible for establishing and carrying out any policies that are deemed necessary and appropriate for the safety of children and adults during the Embrace Grace/Embrace Life/Embrace Legacy class meetings and for complying with all applicable statutes, regulations and laws of the state/province/country in which the Church is located. The Church releases Embrace Grace, Inc. from any and all claims related to the implementation of the Embrace Grace, Inc. program.  This paragraph shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Embrace Grace Inc.

Agreement Approvals, Amendments, Termination & No Waiver

Once this Agreement is approved by Embrace Grace, Inc. it becomes the agreement applicable to the Church. The Agreement will each not be amended, modified, altered or supplemented, except where the Church, Group Leader and Embrace Grace, Inc. agree and approve. If either Church, Group Leader or Embrace Grace, Inc. decides to terminate this Agreement, they will provide 30 days’ advance written notice of termination to the other parties. 

The respective rights and obligations of the Church, Group Leader and Embrace Grace, Inc. as set forth in this Agreement will continue in full force until the termination of this Agreement. The failure of Embrace Grace, Inc. to enforce at any time, or from time to time, any term or condition of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of Embrace Grace Inc.’s right to enforce such terms in the future or to waive any other right of Embrace Grace, Inc.  

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by and consistent with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. The exclusive venue for any claim, action, dispute or lawsuit resulting from, arising out of, or interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement or the relationship resulting from this Agreement will be in a court located in Tarrant County, Texas. 


Pastor Authorization

Authorizing Signature – Pastor

For the purposes of this Agreement, the Pastor is the individual who has the authority, within the Church, to make decisions and provide spiritual covering over the leaders, group participants and volunteers within the Church’s group. The Pastor is responsible for determining the spiritual health and compatibility of proposed leaders for the implementation of the Embrace Grace, Inc. Programs within the Church. Group Leader Authorization

The Group Leader is the individual who has filled out this Group Application and has been and will be coordinating Group Details for the Church. The Group Leader has initialed the Group Leader Values & Core Policies as indicated on Page 3 of this agreement. The Group Leader is responsible for implementing the Embrace Grace, Inc. Program at the Church and will commit to staying in communication with the Groups Support Team and is under the sole spiritual authority of the Pastor of the Church.
