2019 KC Fringe Festival Arts Administration Internship 

The 15th Annual KC Fringe Festival takes place Sunday, July 14- Sunday, July 28 in the Kansas City metro area.
Every year, the KC Fringe Festival welcomes local and out-of-town performers from across the nation and from around the world for a two-week performing arts festival. The Festival offers hundreds of events and performances during its two-week run. Hundreds of volunteers work together with the support of a small administrative and operations team to produce this event.
The Arts Administration Internship provides an opportunity to learn how a small professional arts organization operates.The intern will assist the administrative staff and be a key part of the operations team during the Festival. 
Internships are uncompensated but college credit can be arranged. Intern receives a Festival Staff Pass to attend Festival events.
KC Creates is producer of the KC Fringe Festival. Its offices are located in Union Station in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
College sophomore, junior, or senior
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Attention to details and deadlines
Willingness to learn new software programs
Organizational skills
Sense of humor
How to Apply:
Applications are due by April 15, 2019. In-person or phone interviews will be scheduled. Internship is scheduled for June 3 - August 2 with some flexibility. Intern should  be able to work 10-20 hours per week during regular office hours and flexible hours during the Festival.
