As part of SEIA’s #DiversityChallenge, we are encouraging companies to sign the CEO Action for Diversity Inclusion Pledge by PWC. The pledge is a customizable commitment by your organization’s CEO to address diversity, inclusion and equity issues. While this isn’t the only way you can engage on this important topic, we have found the resources provided by the group helpful in our own D&I journey.
The #DiversityChallenge aims to engage energy organization leaders in important conversations about diversity and organizational culture. It encourages energy leaders to mount a sustained initiative to address diversity and inclusion in their organization and to share this commitment on social media. Additionally, we’re asking for organizations and individuals to share their successes – and pitfalls – so we can all learn from each other.
