Donor Network West Donor Family Facebook Group

Donor Network West Donor Family Aftercare moderates a closed Facebook group for the purpose of providing a forum for donor family members to connect with and support one another along their grief journey. The group is moderated by Donor Network West Donor Family Aftercare Advocates. However, members can participate 24/7 once they have been approved and agreed to the disclaimer.

How to Join the group:

In order to become a member to the closed Donor Family Community Group, you must be a friend or family member of an organ, eye, or tissue donor. Complete and submit the electronic form below as well as verify that you have read and agree to the Donor Network West Donor Family Closed Facebook Group Disclaimer.

Upon submission, you will receive an on-page confirmation that your form has been successfully submitted and a Donor Family Aftercare Advocate will review your information.

Once approved, a Donor Family Aftercare Advocate will reach out to you via the email you provided with specific information on how to join the group.
