Knowing that when teachers thrive, students thrive, we declared a network focus on improving work environment for teachers last year, aimed specifically on addressing three of the highest-leverage catalysts. Nearly 30 individuals are already working through four Project Teams on issues related to work environment, and we’re eager to enable even more people to contribute through the launch of the Work Environment Micro-Network - a group for 100Kin10 partners and allies to share resources, find collaboration partners, and seek advice on challenges they face while working to nurture positive work environments for teachers.
