2019-2020 School Series Reservation Request Form

Please complete the following information to request a group reservation for the 2019-2020 school year. Note that submitting this form does not guarantee you will receive the requested performance date. The Education Booking Manager will contact you as soon as your reservation is scheduled and confirmed.

*once you receive a confirmation email you have booked a field trip for the 2019/2020 season and must cancel in writing if the field trip no longer works for your school.

Student ticket prices are $10. Subsidies available for MNPS and Title 1 schools. Please email birdsong@nashvillect.org for all subsidy inquires. 

Parent Chaperone tickets are $17 if reserved with the group. All tickets purchased out side of the reservation on the day of the field trip are $25 for adults and $19 for children. Chaperone seats are only guaranteed if reserved with the group.

Subsidy Information

Title 1 schools can request a reduced ticket rate for the 2019-20 season. If you require a discount beyond the subsidized ticket price, you will need to first apply for a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission (TAC) or Target Field Trip program. Click the links below for more information.

Application materials for 2019-20 will become available over the summer for field trips that take place starting in October. Act quickly! Middle Tennessee county grants go fast. If you need assistance with your Tennessee Arts Commission ticket subsidy grant, let us know. They will begin accepting applications through their e-grant system some time in early August, 2019.


Target® Field Trip Grants: Here *these links may update for the 2019/20 season over the Summer

Applications for 2019-20 become available August 1, 2019 and are only accepted until September 30th. Target will award grants of up to $700 to help fund field trips taking place between January 1, 2020 and the end of the school year.


If your application for funding from TAC or Target is declined, you may submit a copy of your application directly to the Education Booking Manager to be considered for a  further ticket cost reduction.


All subsidy recipients must agree to comply with the following requirements:

1. At least (1) teacher from your team will attend NCT's free professional development workshop. Click HERE for more information and to RSVP. 

2. Teachers will use the curriculum guide  to prepare students.

3. A teacher will complete the post-show survey within (1) week of attending the performance.

4. Teachers will send in student letters and/or drawings in response to their experience.
