WHY?

Since January 2019 real estate agents in New Zealand are required to comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist finance obligations.

In order to make this process as easy as possible for our customers we have engaged tic company as our agent to complete customer due diligence (CDD) on our behalf. tic company makes these checks as simple and easy as possible.
