Chinatown: Phone Bank for Housing Justice

New York state rent laws are expiring in June, and we need all hands on deck to support the renewal and strengthening of tenant protections.

Join Repair the World NYC at the Met Council on Housing's Chinatown office to call people and invite them to an upcoming rally or event! Volunteers are welcome to drop-in between the hours of 5:30-8:00 PM weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on March 25th and ending on May 29th. Computers and phones provided.

The Metropolitan Council on Housing is a tenants' rights membership organization made up of New York City tenants who fight for a city where everyone has access to safe, decent, affordable housing.

All volunteers must be at least sixteen years old. The office is on the sixth floor, accessible by elevator.

The Metropolitan Council on Housing's Chinatown office is located at 168 Canal St 6th Floor, New York, NY 10013.
