TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION:
1. Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as schedule which will be sent to all confirmed exhibitors in due course.
2. Payment MUST be made prior to setup of exhibition.
3. Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis, the floorplan will be sent to exhibitors to select their stands as bookings are received. Note that space is limited.
4. Cancellation of registration will not be accepted after Wednesday, 24 July 2019, and companies will be liable for the full exhibition fee. No refund will be given for no show companies at the convention.
5. Refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition areas.
6. AT LEAST ONE DELEGATE MUST REGISTER AND PAY TO ATTEND THE FULL CONVENTION, additional staff members manning the stands only can register at the reduced exhibitors fee of R1500. Note that exhibitors will not be permitted in the convention hall where presentations are being presented.
