Event Details and Target Audience


Applications must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of event. Late applications will not be considered.



For REALITY x OneTable dinners, we will reimburse hosts after the event once the final budget and receipts are submitted within 14 days. To discuss alternatives, please email Dani at dani@onetable.org.

The fine print*
The following are requirements of your application, event, and post-event report. If accepted, OneTable will offer you a Grant after signing a Grant Agreement Letter. The first half of the grant will be released via PayPal or direct deposit once the dinner is posted on the platform. The remaining half of the grant will be released following receipt of the items below.  
Pre-Shabbat Dinner Event
  • I will submit a projected budget
  • I will submit a W9 and ACH form if accepted
  • I will sign the OneTable Grant Agreement Letter within one week of receipt
  • I will post my dinner on dinners.onetable.org and use this as the primary form of registration
Shabbat Dinner Event Criteria
  • Dinners will follow ALL local covid-19 safety guidelines and best practices
  • I will reference OneTable at my event and encourage guests to host their own intimate or large-scale dinners with OneTable
  • I will include the language "Nourished by OneTable," the OneTable logo, and a link to onetable.org on all promotional and press material
  • I will invite and seat guests who fit in the OneTable demographic
  • I will seat at least 4 guests at my event, or as agreed upon in the Grant Agreement
  • I will comply with OneTable's Code of Conduct
Post-Shabbat Dinner Event
  • I will submit a photo or series of photos and authorize OneTable to use these photos in promotional materials or on social media
  • I will submit a final budget within two weeks of my event
  • I will provide names and emails of any guests who attended the dinner, but did not register through the OneTable platform within two weeks of my event
