Earn and Learn partners with school districts, community colleges, workforce boards and businesses to advance more and better work-based (WBL) experiences for students. We provide a Salesforce-based platform called ELENA for employers and businesses to pledge WBL experiences who want to have a great impact in their community and develop their local diverse talent pipeline. ELENA also provides an online community for school-based Connectors to manage their employer relationships, share pledges with their students, and count and capture WBL activity that is happening in their school communities.
