Support SEIA's Efforts to Halve the Cost of Residential Solar

Soft costs, which include permitting and inspection costs, represent more than 65% of the total price of residential solar. Streamlining permitting is a critical component of bringing down the cost of solar for homeowners and businesses, bringing clean energy to millions of Americans. Along with a coalition of partners, SEIA is developing the Solar Automated Permit Processing (SolarAPP) program, which aims to create clear and consistent standards for permitting processes and other local regulations for solar projects. We can't do it alone - please support this critical work with a financial contribution today.
