Friday 4-5pm: help with general setup at the meadow
Saturday 9-10am: help unload the truck at Bort Meadow
Saturday 1 hour shift between 10am-2pm: Greet at the welcome tent
Saturday at 9:30am: help service leaders set-up tables, chairs, ritual items, etc
Saturday at 11:30: help w lunch setup
Saturday at 1pm: help with play shop set up
