Corporate Symposia 

Corporate Morning and Mid-Day Symposia:
Companies hosting corporate symposia are not required to provide catering service. Standard audiovisual setup will be provided. Additional audiovisual (such as recording) would be the responsibility of the hosting company. SIR will inform ACTiVE attendees of all morning and mid-day symposia.

Pre/Post-ACTiVE Events:
Companies hosting pre-ACTiVE or post-ACTiVE events are encouraged to cover travel costs for participants. Pre/post-events should be scheduled and planned in such a way so as not to conflict with or deter from official programming or events.  SIR will inform ACTiVE attendees of all pre- and post-ACTiVE events.

Pre-ACTiVE events on Thursday, October 24 must end at 12:00 p.m. prior to the start of      the meeting program at 1:00 p.m.

Post-ACTiVE events may begin as of 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, once the meeting program concludes at 12:30 p.m.


Evening Events:
Reservation of a meeting room or venue for an onsite or offsite evening event is the responsibility of hosting companies. SIR will inform ACTiVE attendees of all evening events.

Cancellation Policy
Companies that reserve an exhibit or any of the available corporate opportunities will be subject to the following administrative fees in the event they are required to cancel their participation, in part or full.

· Cancellation on or before September 24, 2019:                     50% payment due
· Cancellation on or after September 25, 2019:                      100% payment due
