Experience and Education
Please attach a resume that lists your work experience including employer, title, dates of employment, responsibilities and achievements (begin with your most recent position and work backward). In addition, list any community and professional affiliations, any post-secondary institutions attended with degree, major and year received. If you have participated in equivalent forms of non-formal post-secondary education, please include this as well. In the list of community organizations you have belonged to or are currently involved with, include name, dates of affiliation, a brief description of the group, and the extent of your involvement including positions held or awards received (if any).
Letter of Recommendation

At least one recommendation letter supporting your candidacy is required. This letter must be completed by a supervisor or someone who is able to speak on behalf of your intention to participate in the program and the work that you do on behalf of your organization. Statement of Commitment

ICLP runs from July 2019-April 2020. Before submitting your application, please carefully review the Program Calendar located on our website.  By submitting your application, you are committing to full participation in ICLP which amounts to over 13 days of training.

Per the Program Calendar: 
*Full attendance at the 3-day overnight Opening Retreat from 7/24-7/26 is an absolute requirement. 
*Due to the experiential nature of Coro's leadership development and the importance of the cohort in our work together, a commitment to attend all program sessions. 
*This includes being on time and full participation for the each session in addition to applying learning to your Community Change Project. 
*We understand that participants may need to miss a session due to known or unknown circumstances; therefore, a total of 2 absences are possible with no more than 1 absence for a Strategy Day and no more than 1 absence for a Leadership Day. 
*Due to the generous support of our funders, there is no tuition for this program.
*Participants are required to pay a $200 materials fee upon acceptance.
