• to keep in touch with you about your application and/or the management of the grant.

The Virgin Money Foundation also may share any information that you have provided in connection with an application to our Community Anchors' Fund with Clay Hill Charitable Trust (registered charity number 1173674) (“CHCT”) as part of our partnership with CHCT. Any such information will be used, and shared with CHCT, for the purposes of ascertaining whether a grant will be awarded to the applicant jointly by the Virgin Money Foundation and CHCT. In the event that a grant is awarded jointly, the Virgin Money Foundation may continue to share with CHCT any information regarding you and the grant for as long as you are in receipt of funding or other support from the Virgin Money Foundation and CHCT.
By submitting your application, you confirm your consent to any information that you provide being shared with the Virgin Money Group companies and CHCT.
Where you provide information about other people you must obtain their appropriate consent before doing so. Nothing in this application shall restrict the Virgin Money Foundation from awarding grants with the same or similar purposes to other future applicants.
