Upper Manhattan is defined as north of 98th Street on the east side of Fifth Avenue; and north of 110th Street on the west side of Fifth Avenue for the purposes of this program.





Fiscal sponsors must have a formal fiscal sponsorship program for artists with published submission requirements and clear contract terms for sponsored projects.
