Our interns apply for our grants and scholarships that lower the price of the Masa program. The program provides housing, health insurance, visa, trips, Hebrew classes, and more. In addition to the program cost, the interns will spend about $750 each month on their everyday live expenses. Covering these costs can improve the likelihood for interns to choose your position and will positively impact their motivation, performance at work, and overall experience in the program.

Masa strongly recommends providing a monthly stipend/incentive to the intern.

This will increase the likelihood of recruiting an intern and help your positions to stand out from the competition.

Choose the stipend amount that you would like to offer in the form of a 10bis, Cibus, gift card, or equivalent.
