The Aliveness Project Board of Directors shall manage the affairs of The Aliveness Project, Inc., subject to the articles of incorporation and the bylaws which includes establishing the operating policies, hiring the executive director, overseeing fiscal affairs, and hearing grievance raised withing the context of the Personnel Policies established by the Board of Directors
