The main contact for your organisation (usually your CEO) will be invoiced in due course. Should you require the invoice to be sent to a different billing address, please email email@example.com.
In order to secure your exhibition stand, payment must be made in full by Monday 30 September 2019. We will also require evidence of your organisation's Public Liability Insurance by this date.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, free cancellation is available up to and including Friday 18 October 2019. Thereafter, cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- If you cancel less than seven days prior to the conference, you will not receive a refund.
- If you cancel more than seven days prior to the conference, you will receive a 50% refund.
