2019-20 Interscholastic Unified Sports® Registration

SONJ_NJSIAA
All schools wishing to compete against other schools, in any capacity, in Unified Sports during the 2019-20 school year must register with Special Olympics New Jersey/NJSIAA at the start of the season by completing this form. Registering does not commit you to any specific events, it simply indicates your school's intent to participate in an interscholastic Unified Sports program and allows us to help connect you to other schools who are looking for teams to play. Separate registrations will be required for certain events such as some NJSIAA state-level competitions and for those who are invited to the Unified Cup Championship tournaments (formerly Shriver Cups). If you have any questions, please contact Jess Stevenson at jns@sonj.org or Al Stumpf at astumpf@njsiaa.org.

If you are a co-op program, please list the names of both schools
