We encourage STEAM events that are accessible, inclusive and reach across educational, cultural, and linguistic divides. Experiment! Try out new ideas! Push the boundaries!!
The 2022 Festival (April 21st-30th) will be open to both in-person and virtual events. We would like to encourage outdoor events or smaller indoor events. Larger indoor events will be considered, but if they are accepted, we’ll need to remain flexible as we plan. We will keep a close eye on the COVID situation, and naturally – we’ll be following the science. This may mean imposing safety regulations for events (masking, vaccination, proof of negative COVID test, etc.) and will ask you to comply in order for your event to be part of the Festival.
Even if your event isn’t completely formed, please submit your idea below and we’ll work with you to bring it to fruition. Once your event has been selected as part of BASF, we will ask you for more details and a finalized description.
