Which best describes your entrepreneurial experience as a founder?
I've started a sole proprietorship, LLC, C-Corp, or non-profit.
This would be an official entity that was licensed with the state / federal government.
I've started a side hustle or side gig where I provided goods or services.
This could be a freelance business on the side, or you could have sold products but collected income as an individual as opposed to as a business entity, or you could have organized some form of non-profit service where you provided services for no cost.
I have lots of ideas about starting something that I haven't put into action yet.
You have a passion for something, or you have a knack for creatively solving problems. You've always thought "I should start xxx", but may not know where or how to start it.

I have worked for a financial organization outside of UNC that provides funding for entrepreneurial ventures.
I've worked as either an employee, intern, or consultant for a venture capital company, bank, lending institution, micro-lender, crowdfunding platform, or a similar funding organization.
I have worked in a finance-themed club or organization on campus or in an academic setting.
I've been involved in clubs like Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital club (EVC club), the Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC), or a similar campus club.
I have not worked in the area of financing for startups before, but I'm interested in getting more involved.
I could see myself working with an organization that provides money for startups, but I haven't had a direct experience yet.

The Adams Apprenticeship is a highly immersive program that requires 3-5 hours a week of your time. If selected as a 2020 apprentice, are you able to prioritize this program above all extracurricular activities?
Yes, the Adams Apprenticeship will become my highest priority among my extracurricular activities.
