Given the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, the university has mandated that all in-person events and group meetings be canceled until at least 4/14/2020. During this time, room reservations will not be approved for student group meetings, and all other requests for space will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Meetings are encouraged to be held virtually using Zoom. You can join the USC Zoom community by going to to activate your USC Zoom account with a few simple steps. Use this page to request a room reservation for meeting rooms at UPC and City Center.

All meetings are to be scheduled between normal business hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Prior approval is required for meetings scheduled after normal business hours. You will be responsible for charges incurred for after-hours electricity, heating, ventilating and air conditioning.

This is a request ONLY. Submitting this request does not confirm the reservation or confirm the availability. You will receive email from the Social Work facilities staff that will give you the status of your request. It is important that you accurately fill in the requested information below so that you can be contacted regarding the room reservation request.
