Marketing Request Form

This form is intended for use by DCFOF Staff Members to request marketing materials, support, or to help with creating a new initiative. A couple things to note with this form:

All staff, volunteers, and interns may utilize this form for their marketing needs.
This form is intended to help prioritize marketing projects. Please allow a minimum of one week for marketing requests and one month for event support needs.
Please submit one request per form. This will help us with better tracking and prioritizing our requests.

Please fill out the form in its entirety, and we will get back to you within 24-hours to confirm your project details and deadlines. If a meeting is required to discuss your project, we will schedule that meeting with you within 48 hours of receiving your request.
