Funding

Outdoors for All is a non-profit that secures funds through grants and donations to remove economic barriers that may prevent participants from accessing the outdoors. Financial aid awards may be available for partner organizations scheduling with Group Programs. Our funding varies every fiscal year, so we encourage partner organizations to seek their own additional funding or individual grants to help offset the cost of their event(s).

While our funds are available, Outdoors for All awards partial financial grants based on the guidelines listed below.

·        Up to 90% Financial Aid may be awarded while funds are available. A 90% award is not automatically applied.

·        Invoicing occurs after an event is delivered, and financial aid can only be awarded if your group meets its minimum attendance agreement. If the minimum attendance is not met, Outdoors for All will adjust the financial aid amount in the final invoice. We will discuss minimum attendance when we draft the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

·        Financial aid may not cover all vendor fees, such as permits, venue rentals, lift tickets, ferry fees, etc.

If the above financial guidelines do not meet your needs, please contact Group Programs Manager, Jennifer Stanton at jennifers@outdoorsforall.org or 206.584.3315 to determine other options for participation.

Once this form has been submitted, the Program Manager will contact you to review and confirm details and provide estimated costs. After the details are finalized in a signed MOU, an event is secured on the calendar. If you are unsure what type of event you would like to offer, or want to discuss options, availability, and pricing, please contact Group Programs Manager, Jennifer Stanton at jennnifers@outdoorsforall.org.
