**This volunteer shift includes round trip transportation for UNH student volunteers Come support our outdoor archery program at Coyote Creekâs indoor archery range in Rochester, NH! Northeast Passage provides adaptive sport programming to participants of all ages and abilities. Participant instruction is provided by NEP staff who are certified with USA Archery. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to learn about archery equipment and adaptations including both compound and recurve bows, Draw-Locs, and mounted-bow setups. Volunteer responsibilities include: - meet with NEP staff at NEP office to assist with loading equipment and event orientation - travel with NEP staff to event site in NEP vehicle - assist with unloading archery equipment onsite - assist with range setup prior to event (set up targets at different distances, put new faces on targets, set up safety lines, etc.) - help manage registration/check-in as participants arrive - assist participants during event behind the shooting line - assist with packing NEP vehicle after the event If you have archery experience or certification, please let NEP staff know! Northeast Passage works closely with the University of New Hampshire to provide volunteer opportunities that align with student coursework and department requirements. This volunteer position meets that requirement and provides round-trip transportation from the NEP office for UNH students interested in the position.
