Holiday Fest is a local market with a mission to empower young people and support small businesses. We're transforming our beautiful South End Bookstore into an indoor local gift market.

More Than Words is a non-profit social enterprise empowering youth to take charge of their lives by taking charge of a business.

To apply to be a vendor, please fill out the form below. The deadline to apply is September 30, 2019. Vendors will be notified of their application status on or before October 7, 2019. Questions? Contact Aida at events@mtwyouth.org

Application and Day-Of Information

Fees
All vendor fees support More Than Words, a non-profit social enterprise empowering youth to take charge of their lives by taking charge of a business.
  • $175, 6' x 4.5' (standard 6' x 2' table)
Equipment
Vendors must provide their own table, table cloth, and display items. More Than Words will provide the following:
  • Wi-Fi
  • Chairs upon request
  • Outlets as available and upon request
  • A limited number of tables are available for an additional cost of $10
Load-In/Load-Out
Vendors will be given a load-in time the morning of the event and must load-out the evening of the event. MTW cannot store items before or after these times.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please notify us of a cancellation in advance. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
