Mary Andrews College has two enrolment forms:
  1. One form is for students enrolling in Australian College of Theology courses through Mary Andrews College (Certificate and Diploma level courses). 
  2. The other form is for students who are not doing any assignments but just attending the classes. This is called auditing.
So that we can direct you to the appropriate enrolment form, please select the appropriate answer below.

Note that if you plan to do assignments for some units but not for other units (called auditing) at the same time, you will need to complete both of these forms separately.

REGULATIONS / TERMS OF ENROLMENT:

Overseas Students: The information provided by overseas students to the provider (the Australian College of Theology) may be made available to Commonwealth and State agencies and the Fund Manager of the Educational Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Assurance Fund, pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code; and the provider is required, under section 19 of the ESOS Act 2000, to tell the Department about: (i) certain changes to the student’s enrolment; and (ii) any breach by the student of a student visa condition relating to attendance or satisfactory academic performance.  

 

Variation of Enrolment: Students who wish to vary their enrolment by addition of or withdrawal from a unit should consult their Affiliated College Registrar for the critical dates that apply to that unit and the procedure to use to apply for a variation.  Withdrawal from a unit after the Withdrawal Date will attract a fail (FW) grade. [For more information, see www.actheology.edu.au– Variation of Enrolment]

 

Closing dates for application: An application for enrolment in a unit lodged after the Administrative Date for the unit may be subject to the Variation of Enrolment Fee.

Grievance Resolution: The ACT’s Grievance Resolution Policy for Domestic Students and the Grievance Resolution Policy for Overseas Students are available on the ACT website at www.actheology.edu.au

 

Refunds of tuition fees: Candidates who withdraw after the census date of a unit and wish to apply for a tuition fee refund must apply in writing to the Registrar of the Australian College of Theology. A copy of the Tuition Fee Refund application form and policy can be found on the Australian College of Theology website www.actheology.edu.au.

Enrolment - Fee Help

You have indicated that you will be using FEE-HELP to pay your Diploma fees for these units. FEE-HELP is an Australian Government loan scheme. FEE-HELP can be applied for online by eligible students.
  • If you are applying for FEE-HELP for the first time, you will need to apply online once you have been allocated a student number. When your enrolment has been processed with the Australian College of Theology you should receive an email from the government inviting you to apply for FEE-HELP. It is important to follow through the instructions that will be in that email.
  • If you are changing your course (e.g. from DipMin to DipChrStuds), you need to apply for FEE-HELP online again. Your previous FEE-HELP form was specific to your previous course. As with students applying for the first time, when your enrolment has been processed with the Australian College of Theology you should receive an email from the government inviting you to apply for FEE-HELP. It is important to follow through the instructions that will be in that email.
  • If you are a continuing student who has previously applied for FEE-HELP for your current course, then you should not need to apply online again.

Please note that the Australian Government has set a 25% loan fee per unit, which will be added to your FEE-HELP debt.
