ELIGIBILITY: Applications will be considered if they meet the requirements as prioritized in the order below:

• Applicants must have one or more deployments in support of the Global War on Terror (Post 9/11).

• Applicants are either still serving on active-duty or have honorably discharged / retired after 2019.

• Only first-time applicants with extenuating financial hardships or those affected by recent natural disasters will be considered.

• All others will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on availability.

All applicants MUST provide a DD214 Member 2 or 4 copy (or an equivalent service record document if still on active duty, such as a picture of your active Common Access Card (CAC) to verify active service), an explanation of their hardship and need for Presents for Patriots, a current family picture, and, if approved, will be asked to provide pictures of Christmas morning festivities along with words of thanks to the donors who make this program possible. The deadline to apply is Midnight, on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Any applications received after this date, if eligible, will automatically be placed on a waitlist.

Submitting an application is consent to all terms and protocols.  I understand that by submitting this application, I agree to submit to an in-person or phone interview at Freedom Alliance’s sole discretion.  I also acknowledge that submission of an Application for Consideration does not guarantee selection.  I understand that by submitting this application, I agree to notify Freedom Alliance of any changes to the above-listed information.

I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Freedom Alliance, its legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under its permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any use consistent with the purpose set forth herein.  For consideration that I acknowledge, I grant to Freedom Alliance to unlimited right to use my image, name, likeness, and information in connection with the program, which may be included in marketing materials (including print, websites, or other electronic forms of media made available nationwide).  In exchange for the intangible value I will gain by being featured in these materials, and other good and valuable consideration, I give Freedom Alliance permission for such and publicity for such purposes.

Data requested is for informational purposes and to assist Freedom Alliance in identifying suitable candidates. Freedom Alliance does not consider or reject applicants on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, handicap, disability, familial status, or religion.

Personal information requested will be gathered for Freedom Alliance's use only. Information will not be shared with any agency or organization outside of Freedom Alliance without the consent of the applicant.
