The  Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) is accepting applications for its Digital Government Services (DGS) Grant Program. Approved uses of this fund include equipment, hardware, goods and services to innovate technology in the State of Colorado. Approved projects may receive either cash or in-kind services.

Projects should align with SIPA's overall mission to put more information and services online, and to help Colorado residents interact with Colorado governments. Requests for additional office space or staff augmentation do not align with SIPA's mission. Ideally projects will align with the Governor's Strategic Priorities.

Colorado governments with a current Eligible Government Entity Agreement (link) are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to innovative statewide initiatives that align with SIPA's mission and provide benefits to Colorado residents.

Please note: SIPA reserves the right to reject applications where the project scope and intended outcomes are not clearly defined.

Please complete the form below to make an application for the use of the DGS Grant Award Funding.
