PSR is written, tested and repeated to demonstrate progression and reliability.

Collaborative planning and learning: Augmented toolkits built to meet the persons prefered communication methods.
Measure of Success:
1: Each person has an effective communication toolkit thats used for collaboratively produced care plans, every day decisions and fun stuff. 2: Toolkit is used on a daily basis and includes engaging with others outside of the organisation.
