staff are trained in preventative rather than just reactive approaches, we wish to provide good and ongoing internal and external training explore new training and development opportunities, be opened for networks, sharing experience, learning form each other
Measure of Success:
through competency assessments, appraisal procedures we will be able to see how much improvement and development we do as a team and individuals we would like learn from service users, families, advocates and professionals feedback on how strong and effective we are as and if we were able to make a change for better

Using variety of tool to identify triggers, learn what does and does not help be flexible and opened to try new strategies and review already existing ones
Measure of Success:
reflect on practices and experiences, share library and training information, observe every day working staff- service user observe language, body language, level of responsiveness and engagement
Priority 3:
learning from incidents and good practices, learning from each other, implementing in house training designed by staff to talk about compassion, empathy be opened and flexible around all experiences, support others to understand the consequences of different approaches based on reviews of incidents
Measure of Success:
handover, debrief sessions, and staff , management meetings to cover reducing restraint to correlate learning data with incident data in key clinical areas
