Measure of Success:
Ensuring there are no ongoing patterns of behaviour recorded in documentation with the people at certain times or with certain activities Together for me days reflect active client involvement in choices and activities, reduction in frustration or control by others. Support plans are based on client needs and wishes and changed quickly as client needs or wishes dictate.

Ensuring we listen to service users, respond quickly to relieve frustrations and conflict in people we support
Measure of Success:
Reduce incidents of conflict, distressed or frustrated behaviour being recorded. Daily notes reflect the fact that staff are listening and intervening to reduce frustrations and incidents. Surveys reflect greater degrees of satisfaction. Reduce complaints
Priority 3:
Restraint reduction focused on providing meaningful activity, reducing frustration aiding communication and facilitating needs wants and wishes where possible and appropriate.
Measure of Success:
Able to demonstrate level of satisfactions in surveys from service users. Evidence of meaningful activities involving the person Evidence of communication with the person being supported around their needs and wants.
