Eligibility
Giveaway participants must be U.S.
residents and at least 18 years of age at the time the Giveaway begins. The
Hennepin Theatre Trust Give to the Max 2021 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is
void outside the United States, or where prohibited or restricted by law.
This Giveaway is sponsored by
Hennepin Theatre Trust (“Sponsor,” or the “Trust”). All
employees, officers, directors and agents and their immediate families or any
members of their households, regardless of relationship, of Sponsor or any
advertising agency or other company involved with the design, production,
execution or distribution of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate in
the Giveaway or to win any prizes.
By participating in this Giveaway,
participants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of
the Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to
modify the rules of the Giveaway in any way at any time, subject to state or
federal law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 18,
2021 at 11:00 a.m. CST, and ends on November 18, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. CST (“Giveaway
Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway
Period to be eligible.
How To Enter
By submitting a Give to the Max Day
donation to the Hennepin Theatre Trust from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on November 18, 2021 you are eligible for the Giveaway. Only
one entry will be accepted per person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected,
late, unsent, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate
entry information, whether caused by the participant or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or by any
technical or human error that may occur in the transmittal of any entry or the
processing of any function on the participant’s computer system. Your initial
registration and entry allows us to add you to our mailing list for future
communications. You may have your contact information removed from our mailing
list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication received
from us or by emailing us at info@hennepintheatretrust.org.
Alternative Method of Entry
To enter the giveaway without submitting a Give to the Max Day
donation, please fill out your contact information and click "submit" at the bottom of this page during the Giveaway
Period. Only one entry will be accepted per person. All entries become the
exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Your
entry allows us to add you to our mailing list for future communications. You
may have your contact information removed from our mailing list at any time by
clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication received from us or by
emailing us at donors@hennepintheatretrust.org.
Prizes and Selection of Winners
Giveaway participants will enter for
a chance to win one (1) of three (3) prize packs, which include the following: a pair of tickets to a show at one of the Sponsor's historic theatres and select centennial-themed merchandise. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any
prize is permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize availability and then with a
prize of equal or greater value. One (1) winner will be selected per prize for
a total of three (3) winners.
Winners will be selected in a random
drawing on November 22, 2021. Sponsor will notify each winner individually by
email. Winners must respond no later that November 23, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. or
the prize may be forfeited and another Giveaway participant chosen.
Winners are solely responsible for
all applicable federal, state or provincial, and local taxes and any expenses
associated with any prizes.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Giveaway should
viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s
control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the
Giveaway.
Liability Release
By entering the Giveaway,
participants release the Trust and any other promotional sponsors, and each of
their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees,
representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any
claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in
connection with the Giveaway or with the acceptance, possession or use of any
prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or
damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of
property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false
light).
Publicity Release
By entering the Giveaway, participants
consent to Sponsor to print, publish and use, in any media, winner’s entry,
including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture,
voice, likeness, image or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical
information such as for news, publicity, advertising, public relations and
promotional purposes without any further compensation.
