Nonprofits and affiliates engaged in state-level public policy advocacy can substantially benefit from using InstaTrac. InstaTrac's MassTrac service gives its users the power to compete on Beacon Hill with easy-to-read side-by-side and section-by-section bill summaries; unlimited bill, committee, and legislator tracking and alerts; reports on hearing testimony; emailed bill action alerts; and more features that can make advocacy more effective and efficient.
MNN nonprofit members can purchase InstaTrac at discounts scaled to their annual revenues. Instatrac usually costs $4,920 per year, but MNN members receive the following discounts:
Annual revenue less than $250K: 35% discount (cost of $3,526)
$251 – $750K: 25% discount (cost of $4,068)
$751 – $2.5M: 20% discount (cost of $4,340)
$2.5M+: 15% discount (cost of $4,610)
MNN affiliate members can purchase InstaTrac for a discount of 15% (cost of $4,182)
In addition to the annual rate, there is a one-time $350 fee to cover account set-up, unlimited lifetime training and support for all current and future users, plus limited legal research.
