Eligibility Requirements

The mission of the Travis Mills Foundation is to provide rest and relaxation to re-calibrated Veterans and their families through a variety of adapted sports and activities. Our facility was developed to be a barrier free building for those with mobility issues. At this time, in accordance with our current mission, we are able to accept applicants that meet ALL of the following criteria:

Post 9/11 Veterans
Permanent physical disability received while on active duty service
Permanent physical disability to include amputation, limb loss, spinal cord injury or severe TBI

Please note that all applications must be completed in full to move onto the review process. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
