During your training you will be matched with a personal career coach that will help you overcome and navigate any barriers that you may be facing. Personal career coaches work with you to not just find a “job”, but meaningful employment that starts your career.

Our programs are available to participants of a variety of backgrounds. However, a few conditions need to be met in order to be eligible.

Please indicate whether the following statements apply to you:

I am 18 years or older.

Has your household income in the last 12 months been UNDER $60,000?

You will be asked after enrollment to provide income tax forms (or other statements) to document your income for the last year.

I am willing and able to work full-time in the State of Minnesota.

I am eligible to be legally employed in the United States now and for the next two years.

You will be asked after enrollment to provide documents proving your eligibility to work.

I am able to commit, on a daily basis, to the full program.

Candidates who have been convicted of a criminal sexual conduct or arson crime are not eligible for the TCR training program.
