Social Worker Advocacy Program

As a professional in the field of long term care, CANHR would like to invite you to join our Social Worker Advocacy Program (SWAP). This is a special membership package designed specifically for long term care social workers, geriatric case mangers, admission and discharge planners and other community–based service providers.

At a time when so many regulatory changes are happening at the state level regarding long term care issues such as Medi–Cal eligibility and resident’s rights, it is imperative that you stay up to date. SWAP will enable members to network, exchange information and get quick answers from other professionals in the field of social work as it relates to long term care.
